Every steering wheel cover is individually handcrafted based on your vehicle information and selected customization options.

We carefully review each order before production and may contact you if any additional details are required.

Because each product is custom-made for a specific vehicle, it is uniquely produced for your order and cannot be resold to another customer.

If we ever make a mistake — such as sending the wrong product or producing an incorrect item — we will take full responsibility and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Our support team is always available to assist you at any stage of your order.

 

Before You Order

To ensure a smooth ordering process, please carefully check the following:

  • Vehicle make, model, and year
  • Steering wheel style
  • Material and color selection
  • Steering wheel photos (if requested)

If you're unsure about compatibility, you can send us a photo of your steering wheel before placing your order. Our team will help confirm the correct fit.

Please ensure all information is accurate before checkout, as each product is made to order based on your selections.

 

Installation Support

Our steering wheel covers are designed for DIY installation.

Every order includes:

  • Complete installation tools
  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Installation video
  • Lifetime installation support from our customer service team

If you experience any difficulties during installation, simply contact us before making any modifications to the product. We'll gladly guide you through the installation process and help you achieve the best possible result.

 

Returns

Because every steering wheel cover is custom-made specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect material or color selection
  • Incorrect vehicle information provided during checkout
  • Orders placed without confirming vehicle compatibility when requested

If, after receiving installation assistance from our support team, you still decide not to keep an unused and uninstalled product, you may contact us to request a return.

Approved returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and unmodified.
  • Returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Approved by our customer service team before being returned.

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a verified manufacturing defect, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any other fees associated with the return

 

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs from the confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos.

After reviewing the issue, we'll provide the most appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement product
  • Replacement parts
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover the reasonable replacement or return shipping costs.

 

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after receiving our confirmation email, please contact your payment provider or bank before reaching out to us.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

Order changes or cancellations are welcome before production begins.

Since every steering wheel cover is individually manufactured shortly after your order is confirmed, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel an order once production has started.

If you're unsure about your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made steering wheel covers
  • Installed or used products
  • Products damaged during installation
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Gift cards

 

24-Month Limited Warranty

Every steering wheel cover includes a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper cleaning or misuse
  • Natural aging, fading, or material changes over time

Alcantara® Care

Alcantara® is a premium material that requires routine cleaning. Surface flattening or matting caused by normal use is considered normal maintenance rather than a manufacturing defect and can usually be restored through proper cleaning.
