Refund policy
At LQTENLEO, every steering wheel cover is handcrafted and tailor-made for your specific car model. We take pride in ensuring premium quality and precise fitment. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Please contact our support team at service@lqtenleo.com before sending anything back.
Requests made after 30 days from delivery cannot be processed.
Important: Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- You must provide a receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service; LQTENLEO will not be responsible for lost or untraceable packages.
- The returned item must not show signs of wear, installation, or damage caused by improper handling.
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., custom-stitched steering wheel covers).
- Discounted, clearance, or promotional items.
- Items damaged, altered, or misused by the customer.
- Gift cards or digital vouchers.
⚠️ Since each steering wheel cover is custom-made based on your car model and personal design, returns or exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., color not as expected, change of mind, incorrect size provided by customer) are not eligible unless there is a verified quality issue.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1 – Contact Us
Send an email to service@lqtenleo.com with your order number, detailed reason for the return/exchange, and clear photos or videos of the product.
Step 2 – Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 3 business days. If eligible, we’ll provide you with a return address and detailed instructions.
Step 3 – Ship the Item Back
Please ensure the returned package is securely packed and sent via a trackable shipping method. Returns sent without authorization or tracking will not be processed.
Step 4 – Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
- If rejected (e.g., due to use or damage), the item will be returned to the customer.
4. Return Shipping & Refund Responsibility
- If the return is caused by our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or quality issue), we will cover all related shipping costs and issue a full refund.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect order, dislike of color/material, or wrong car model information), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
No restocking fees will be charged.
5. Refund Details
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
- Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please first contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, email us at service@lqtenleo.com for assistance.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment only.
If your order has not been shipped, contact us as soon as possible to cancel and receive a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may, however, request a return in accordance with our return policy after receiving the item.
7. Damage or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
We will promptly arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Two-Year Warranty (2-Year Limited Warranty)
All LQTENLEO steering wheel covers are protected by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Stitching defects or abnormal wear under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear caused by use over time.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper care, or modification.
- Damage resulting from accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, or misuse.
If a warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
