Thank you for choosing LQTENLEO. We aim to provide you with secure, transparent and convenient payment options for our custom-stitched steering wheel covers.

 

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • PayPal: Use your PayPal account for payment. At checkout, select “PayPal” and follow the redirect to complete your payment.

  • Credit / Debit Cards (processed by PayPal): We accept major cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal’s secure gateway. At checkout:
    1. Select “Credit and Debit Card Payments”.
    2. Click “Pay Now”.
    3. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure card payment page.
    4. Simply enter your card details (card number, expiry date, CVV, billing address) and complete your payment—no PayPal account required.
      All card transactions are encrypted and handled by PayPal; LQTENLEO does not store your card information.


2. Pricing & Tax Information

All prices displayed on our website are tax-included. No additional sales tax or VAT will be added at checkout.

The price shown on each product page reflects the base price for the standard configuration. Because our steering wheel covers are custom-made, selecting different materials—such as Alcantara (backed or embossed), Genuine Leather, Premium Suede, or Carbon Fiber—as well as special stitching options, may result in additional charges.

Once you select your preferred material and customization options, the updated price will be displayed instantly on the product page, and the final amount will appear clearly in your cart and during checkout. This ensures transparent pricing and confirms that you fully review and agree to the final amount before completing your payment.


3. Discount & Promotional Offers

  • If you apply a valid discount code or the order qualifies for our tiered discount (e.g., “$10 off for orders over $68”, “$15 off for orders over $120”), the discount will be reflected in your cart before you complete payment.
  • The final amount you see at checkout (after applying any discounts and optional shipping upgrades) is what you pay — no hidden or unexpected charges.


4. Currency & Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed in USD by default. If your bank/card uses a different currency, your provider may apply an exchange rate.
  • Your payment will be processed and confirmed before production begins. Once payment is completed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email with details.


5. Order Confirmation & Production

  • After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
  • Because each steering wheel cover is made to order, production will begin soon after payment is processed. Please ensure all your model, material and color selections are correct before checkout.

7. Important Notice

  • Payment must be completed in full before production starts—cancelation or change of material/design may not be possible once production begins.
  • We do not accept cash on delivery or direct bank transfer payments—only the methods listed above.
  • LQTENLEO reserves the right to update this payment policy to maintain security and compliance. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
