1. Order Processing Time

Every Lqtenleo steering wheel cover is custom-made after your order is confirmed.
Please allow 2–3 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment.

Note:

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
• Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer worldwide shipping with two delivery options:

• Remote regions or islands may require additional delivery time.
• Delivery estimates are based on average conditions and may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship globally to most countries and regions.
If your location is considered remote by the shipping carrier, we may contact you for additional delivery arrangements.

Please note:

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid shipment delays.

4. Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes. No additional sales tax or VAT will be added at checkout.

However, in some countries, local customs authorities may impose import duties, customs fees, or handling charges according to local regulations. These charges are not controlled by Lqtenleo and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active.
• If you do not see tracking updates after 3 business days, please contact us at service@lqtenleo.com, and we will assist you promptly.

6. Delivery Delays

We strive to ensure your order arrives on time. However, delivery times may be affected by:

• International customs clearance delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays or logistic disruptions

If your delivery exceeds the expected time frame, please reach out to us at service@lqtenleo.com. We will investigate the situation with the shipping carrier and keep you informed.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately, and we will issue a full refund.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may apply for a return or exchange after receiving the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
• Provide your order number and clear photos or tracking information.

Our support team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

9. Important Notes

• The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (varies by location).
• Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages.
• Lqtenleo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
